How to order, Please before buying:

We will provide the design accordingly, but you are also welcome to send your drawing for reference if you want. 

1) Send us a photo for characters u want to do the customized plush to discuss the details u want for the design;
2) Send us your order no.after payment;

3) Pls make order for the complicated design option if u wanna ur customized plush to include with outfit/hat/accessories etc.

The process after payment for customized plush working as below:

1) We will finish the design within 3-5 working days according to your pictures  or info what you give for u to check whether it ok or not after ur payment;

2) We will work on the plush sample after the design confirmed, it usually finish within 45-60 days. If there is any change for the sample, then it has to go back to the second sample which will take another 10-20 days depends on the complicated changing on the sample.

3) Only 1 time changing the sample included. Additional cost will be charged if there is the third sample been required.

Notice: Pls understand that we do NOT accept to change the design once you confirmed the design to start to make the sample.

4) Once the sample plush confirmed, we will ship to u in a box packing.

5) CAPTAINXSTUDIO keep the right to make the same character in different design in the future.

Please understand that CAPTAINXSTUDIO reserves the right to create and publicly sell different designs of custom orders for well-known characters in the future (this does not include your OC). Custom orders provide a service to create a unique plush, but not exclusive rights to the character itself.

To show our appreciation, CAPTAINXSTUDIO will send you the different design of your custom plush for free if there is future demand for the same character.

Pls NOTE:  When we proceed with a redesign of a custom character, our team will create a new different design based on the original characters Please understand that the final design and product are developed independently, customers will NOT have the right to request revisions or evaluate the level of similarity between the new design and your customized design. As character designs are inspired by the same source, certain features may naturally resemble one another — this is part of maintaining the character’s recognizable identity.

In a landscape crowded with disposable merchandise and trend-driven designs, we chose a slower, more deliberate approach. CaptainX Studio focuses on restraint over excess, clarity over noise, and craftsmanship over speed. Our work sits at the intersection of design, history, and everyday use—where products are made not to impress briefly, but to endure.

We are an independent studio based in Denver, Colorado, producing a curated collection of commemorative pieces, apparel, and printed objects. Each release is designed to mark a moment or idea without turning it into spectacle.

A Studio-Led Approach

CaptainX Studio operates with a studio mindset rather than a mass-production one. We design selectively, release intentionally, and produce in limited quantities.

Good design, in our view, does not need to demand attention. It should feel natural—integrating into daily life through proportion, material, and thoughtful detail. Whether worn, displayed, or placed in a personal space, our pieces are meant to feel familiar and considered over time.

Every product begins with careful attention to form, structure, and longevity. We prioritize designs that age well rather than follow short-lived trends.

Commemoration with Restraint

Much of our work is rooted in commemoration, approached with care and respect. We avoid exaggerated symbolism and overly literal graphics, focusing instead on subtle markers of time and meaning.

Our goal is to acknowledge history without turning it into novelty. We believe restraint is often the most respectful way to commemorate something significant.

Materials and Craft

We work with durable materials selected for real-world use—structured fabrics, reinforced construction, and finishes designed to hold up over time. Our embroidery, printing, and assembly methods are chosen for consistency and precision.

While we collaborate with specialized production partners, all products are developed under close studio direction. Samples are reviewed and refined before release, ensuring each piece meets our standards for quality and execution.

Limited by Design

CaptainX Studio produces in limited quantities by choice. This allows us to maintain quality control, reduce waste, and keep each release intentional rather than routine.

Not every piece is restocked, and availability may vary. This approach encourages care—both in how products are made and how they’re owned.
